Michelle is a youth workforce leader with a long-term proven track record in creating, managing, and leading social service/s, mentor, and career development programs in diverse urban environments with expertise in grant writing, budgeting, and program development, a collaborative partner with government and private sector employers or and committed to leading and inspiring teams to achieve shared goals.  She brings professional HR experience through a corporate career and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
